CHANGE YOUR MIND? NO PROBLEM!
As long as the glasses are unworn and you have the original packaging we offer free returns for store credit. For returns to the original payment method there is a small shipping & handling fee of $5.00.
Return Policy:
Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Items returned for store credit can be returned for 30 days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
International customers are responsible for shipping the item on their own and a return label will not be provided.
BUY 1 GET 1 FREE SALE:
All sales from BOGO promotions are FINAL SALE and no return/exchanges will be accepted.
Returns Processing Time
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. We will refund you to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping.
If the store credit option is chosen, once your return is processed, you will receive a gift card to use on our website. The gift card code will be sent to your email address. Store credit does not include the cost of shipping.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
